We unconditionally guarantee all unused or defective merchandise for 60 days from the receipt of shipment.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused or defective merchandise at your cost, for a prompt refund or exchange; the only exception is personalized or custom made items.
What is not covered?
•Excessive wear and tear is not covered.
•Determination of excessive wear and tear is subject to ExecutiveTravelfolio.com’s discretion.
How do I return a product I bought?
Go to returns page at ExecutiveTravelfolio.com, and fill out the form.  We will then send you a return authorization with an address to send it to.  It is important that you send the product with tracking and insurance as ExecutiveTravelfolio.com is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.  If you do not follow the procedures, you agree that ExecutiveTravelfolio.com will accept your return on a best case basis and offers no guarantee that we will accept it.
What Else do I need to know?
•Used items are protected by ExecutiveTravelfolio.com against defects for 60 days from the receipt of shipment.
•You can return unused items sold by ExecutiveTravelfolio.com for 60 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them with all hang tags attached, protective plastic in place and in the original poly bag.
•Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping charges. Your credit will appear after ExecutiveTravelfolio.com has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure.
•Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
